-Minimum 2 years of customer service
-Knowledge of the film/entertainment industry.
-Relevant Knowledge of Marketing.
-Skilled in computer editing software and apps such as but not limited to: Davinci Resolve, CRMs, Spreadsheet, Payment processors, Emails
-Advanced selling skills and experience managing a multi-faceted process
-Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of personnel, management, customers, and other third parties
-Exercise professional courtesy timely follow-up, and integrity
-Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
-Basic computer skills
-Ability to work weekends
-Must have transportation capabilities
-Must have and maintain a current and valid Texas driver’s license, and a clean driving record and must remain insurable under the company’s liability insurance policy.
-Bilingual a plus

-Arrive at the shooting location 30 minutes prior to the shooting time.
-Provide a “second shooter” assistant to the lead cinematographer
-May take the lead on shoots leading second shooter.
-Understand company policy, capabilities, and services, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
-Works closely with the customer in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of customer needs in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities.
-Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Lead of any problems that may arise.
-Provides regular two-way communication between the client and company, to provide strong company representation and set proper client expectations.
