  • -Minimum 2 years of commission sales experience

    -Knowledge of the film/entertainment industry.

    -Relevant Knowledge of Marketing.

    -Skilled in computer software and apps such as but not limited to: CRMs, Spreadsheet, Payment processors, Emails

    -Advanced selling skills and experience managing a multi-faceted process

    -Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of personnel, management, customers, and other third parties

    -Exercise professional courtesy timely follow-up, and integrity

    -Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills

    -Basic computer skills

    -Ability to work weekends

    -Must have transportation capabilities

    -Must have and maintain a current and valid Texas driver’s license, and a clean driving record and must remain insurable under the company’s liability insurance policy.

    -Bilingual a plus

  • -Identify and obtain new qualified clients in a way that builds credibility and trust - securing new business and growing existing customers' accounts.

    -Research target accounts, identify key players, and develop and secure accounts.

    -Prospect, educate (educate customers and partners on technology, products, company policies, and processes), qualify and develop outbound + Inbound leads, Successfully managing and overcoming sales objections.

    - Interact with prospects via telephone/ email and in person.

    -Understand company policy, capabilities, and services, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client.

    -Works closely with the customer in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of customer needs in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities.

    -Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Lead of any problems that may arise.

    -Provides regular two-way communication between the client and company, to provide strong company representation and set proper client expectations.

    -Document prospect interaction in CRM tool(s) to ensure efficient lead management.

    -Providing regular input on all account activity, including status, call reports and opportunities report on a weekly basis.
